Flight Status Pro is a powerful flight tracking application for all worldwide flights. Check flight delays, view arrival and departure times, terminal and gate numbers, baggage claim info and much more. The App syncs your flights from your TripIt and Mocha.co accounts. It also supports push notifications to inform you on flight delays, gate changes etc. The application supports multiple zoom-able map styles and is available on iPhone, iPad and iPod.

As a seasoned traveller I was intrigued by the description of Flight Status Pro and by the great looking screenshots. FlightStatus is simple and easy to use and so far has provided very accurate data (flightstats is as good as it gets). I emailed support with some enhancement suggestions and presto less than 2 hours later I received a reply! Thats support! You will truly enjoy!
Will recommend this application to anyone, who spend > 30% of thier life travelling. A perfect application exceeds my expectations. A few suggestions 1) Just like we add stocks to our portfolio, we should have the ability to add the Airlines Names and flight numbers and date of travel to it 2) A Tab on top, should say - MyTravels 3) When I click on MyTravels - it provides the latest info on my flight on the day of travel 4) The idea is not to have to enter the flight info everytime we use it 5) A sharing feature will also be good - to share the info with people who may come to pick you up The best travel app I could find - keep up the good work! - iPadJunkie
Push Notifications is one feature I missed in this app that was available in other similar apps. I am glad it is available now. Thank You! Can you enable push notifications for all flights I save? Currently I have to manually enable notifications for each flight. I need one more feature. In Route search, there should be an easy way to swap routes. Can you add that please?
What makes a program great is that is does not only what it is marketed to do, but that it performs consistently, accurately. Flight Status Pro does all that it purports it can do and more. With the recent turmoil in North Africa, Flight Status Pro is the only program that showed accurate departure and in-flight data on critical flights that I needed to track. I own, Flight Tracker Pro, Travel Tracker Pro and Flight Board. Each of those performed exceedingly poorly. Each showed flights still on the ground, at the gate, and not departed (even up to 30 mins after actual departure), when Flight Status Pro clearly notified me of the departure, and graphically showed the flights in the air. Flight Status Pro is severely underrated. For my money, it is the only winner in this class. Flight Status Pros graphical interface also outshines the others. The ease with which you can manually create each Trip is first rate. If you prefer, you can auto sync with Trip-it. I have traveled the world, and for my money Flight Status Pro with Push Notifications is the only program that did exactly what I needed it to do. A professional job!!!

Some bad moments

Be warned! This application does NOT work on the iPAD. No updates at all ever show in the Arriving or Departing Airports. Just Blank White boxes is all you get.
Current version seems unusable to me. I entered several flights about a week in the future by flight number and date. All is well but status screen for "scheduled" flights shows empty white boxes where departure and arrival times should be; not useful as an itinerary. A possibly related issue: when searching for flights by route rather than by flight number, the departure date is limited to 4 choices: yesterday, today, tomorrow, and the day after that.
Limited functionality and crashes every time I attempt to delete a prior trip. I wish I hadnt bought this app.
This is basically a useless application.The posting of flight changes is much too late.If you are located a distance from the airport you will be misled and drive to the airport while it is long known that the flight is either cancelled or late.Today they were 3 hours late posting a flight from Newark.If I would have relied on Flight Pro I would have lost a day.Also it,s not as simple to use as it could be.Flight Board is much more up to date, but shows flights only 4 hours in advance.At least they are correct all the time and very easy to use.Do not buy and even worse rely on this App.
Terrible error - Wrong flight path from Tokyo to Minneapolis. It show the plane flying over China and Russia air space (hope they wont get shot). Sometime No info is better then bad info
I have to pay for notifications, and not even a permanent payment, its for a set number of notifications, when used you have to buy more. What a joke.
